Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify client risks and protection gaps.
- Design and present customized insurance and investment solutions (e.g., life, health, property, and retirement plans).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and proactive service.
- Educate clients on wealth preservation strategies, tax efficiency, and estate planning.
- Collaborate with AXA’s underwriting and product teams to tailor solutions to local market needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s product portfolio.
- Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions, follow-ups, and policy renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or wealth management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, risk assessment, and financial planning principles.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
