Responsibility
- Engage with potential clients via digital channels (email, chat, social media) to promote investment products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Generate reports on sales performance and client feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital or remote environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of investment products or financial services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
