Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s luxury and corporate markets.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value deals with hotels, resorts, corporate clients, and premium service providers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to exceed performance metrics and foster a culture of excellence.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s tourism and business sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies for client acquisition.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferably in hospitality, tourism, or corporate sales).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s business ecosystem, including luxury hospitality and corporate sectors.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta for client meetings.
