Responsibility
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify client goals and risk tolerance.
- Present and explain wealth protection products, including life insurance, health coverage, and investment plans.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations.
- Collaborate with AXA’s financial planners to develop comprehensive wealth strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and AXA’s product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring ethical and compliant practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales or financial advisory experience, preferably in insurance or wealth management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools and CRM software.
