Responsibility

  • Conduct financial needs analysis for clients to identify suitable wealth planning solutions.
  • Present and sell banking and investment products, including insurance, mutual funds, and retirement plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of financial products such as investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus but not required.
