Responsibility
- Facilitate accurate and prompt cash transfers between bank branches and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
- Monitor and reconcile cash transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth cash operations.
- Maintain detailed records of all cash transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional support to branch staff and customers regarding cash-related inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of cash management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential risks in cash handling processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting cash services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related customer service role.
- Strong understanding of cash management principles and banking regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
