Responsibility
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized service and financial advisory.
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies to meet clientsâ financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analyses, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and trust-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., research, compliance) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments to inform client recommendations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and assets under management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA, CFP, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios, with a strong understanding of investment products and markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse client profiles.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, CRM systems, and portfolio management software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a client-first mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
