Responsibility
- Identify and analyze delinquent loan accounts to determine the best course of action for recovery.
- Develop and implement remedial strategies to minimize financial losses and improve account performance.
- Liaise with customers to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding financial issues.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on remedial actions, outcomes, and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and customer service, to address complex financial discrepancies.
- Monitor and track the progress of remedial actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on remedial processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related remedial role.
- Strong understanding of loan recovery processes, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
