Responsibility

  • Actively market and promote Bank Mega’s retail banking products, including savings accounts, deposits, and investment solutions, to both existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail funding products while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Provide financial education and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their banking and investment options.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Bank Mega’s CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, relationship management, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, including savings accounts, deposits, loans, and investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele, including local and international customers.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend business events.
