Responsibility
- Assist in daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and fund transfers.
- Monitor and reconcile banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including cash position summaries, to senior management.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to optimize treasury services and negotiate favorable terms.
- Support the implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist in foreign exchange (FX) transactions and hedging activities to minimize currency exposure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Accounting, Finance) to ensure alignment on financial strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior treasury staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking operations, and financial markets.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with experience in team supervision or mentorship.
