Responsibility
- Drive branch sales performance by achieving individual and team targets for banking products and services.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers, including savings accounts, loans, and investment products.
- Cross-sell and upsell AmBank’s portfolio of financial products to existing and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Collaborate with branch teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking products, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software; CRM experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
