Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service at the branch, including account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution.
  • Process teller operations such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and promote banking products (savings accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.) to meet customer needs and sales targets.
  • Maintain cash handling procedures in compliance with bank policies and security standards.
  • Assist customers with digital banking services, including mobile/online banking registrations and troubleshooting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and achieve performance KPIs.
  • Stay updated on banking products, promotions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or teller roles (banking experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, products, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
