Responsibility

  • Promote a comprehensive range of banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized financial consultations and follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Provide expert advice on financial protection solutions, such as insurance and wealth management, tailored to individual client profiles.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging financial products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling sales proposals and financial plans to prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, banking, or financial services, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
