Responsibility
- Monitor and support daily trading activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist traders with trade execution, confirmation, and settlement processes.
- Investigate and resolve trading discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update trading records, reports, and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, including risk management and compliance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing trade summaries and performance reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, trading platforms, and financial regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and trading accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading support, operations, or a similar role in financial services.
- Strong understanding of trading processes, financial instruments, and market operations.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management principles is a plus.
