Responsibility

  • Oversee and coordinate daily branch operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions and settlements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor and optimize branch workflows to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve service delivery.
  • Resolve complex operational issues and escalate critical matters to senior management as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Risk, Finance) to streamline processes and integrate best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions meet KB Bank’s service quality and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in branch management, transaction processing, and settlement operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in banking software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
