Responsibility
- Lead the evaluation and resolution of problem credits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Develop and implement strategic remedial actions to mitigate credit risks and enhance portfolio performance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on credit risk assessments to regulators and senior management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align credit strategies with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to proactively identify potential credit risks.
- Oversee the credit approval process, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proven expertise in managing problem credits, restructuring loans, and implementing remedial strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
