Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to customers’ homes or businesses to collect overdue credit payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Negotiate and arrange feasible payment plans with customers to ensure timely repayments while maintaining positive relationships.
- Document and report collection activities, including payment statuses, customer interactions, and any challenges encountered during field visits.
- Collaborate with the internal collections team to prioritize high-risk accounts and develop effective strategies for debt recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all collection activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, offering solutions, and educating them on repayment options.
- Utilize mobile tools and applications to track visits, update customer records, and submit real-time reports.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing the company in the field.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in field collections, customer service, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and basic digital tools for reporting and tracking.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
