Join PT Mitra Solusi Lelang as a Field Collection Officer in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung). This role is pivotal in ensuring timely credit recovery by engaging directly with customers who have overdue payments. You will play a key role in maintaining financial stability for our clients while delivering professional and empathetic customer service.
As part of our dynamic team, you will conduct field visits to customersā residences or workplaces, negotiate payment plans, and provide solutions tailored to their financial situations. Responsibility
- Conduct on-site visits to customersā homes or businesses to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding their outstanding balances, payment options, and consequences of non-payment.
- Develop and implement customized payment plans based on customersā financial capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Achieve monthly collection targets while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on collection progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in debt recovery to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus).
- Proven experience in field collections, sales, or customer service (preferably in financial services).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Baliās geography and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driverās license (required for field mobility).
