Responsibility
- Conduct thorough on-site verification of motorcycle loan applicants, including identity, income, and collateral documentation.
- Assess the condition and authenticity of motorcycles submitted for financing to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verification activities in the company’s digital systems.
- Collaborate with branch teams to streamline the loan approval process and reduce turnaround time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing applicant inquiries and explaining verification requirements clearly.
- Identify and report potential fraud or discrepancies in application documents to the risk management team.
- Stay updated on company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for motorcycle financing.
- Participate in training sessions and performance reviews to enhance verification skills and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in verification, credit analysis, or a similar role in the financial services sector (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with motorcycle specifications, valuation, and financing processes is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with applicants and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry tools; experience with financial software is advantageous.
- Willingness to be initially placed in the Cikupa branch with potential relocation to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) after training.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (SIM C) is required for fieldwork.
