Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments in accordance with company SOPs.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to ensure timely recovery of funds.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including visit reports and payment confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the internal team to update account statuses and escalate high-risk cases when necessary.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in all collection practices to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to the reduction of delinquent accounts.
- Utilize mobile collection tools and digital platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in field collections, debt recovery, or customer service (preferably in financial services).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Familiarity with collection software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Badung and surrounding areas (own motorcycle and valid license required).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
