Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote personal pension loan products to target demographics.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with pensioners to assess financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan application processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all client interactions.
- Participate in community events and financial literacy programs to enhance KB Bank’s brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of personal loan products, pension schemes, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
