Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures in alignment with BI, OJK, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure all business processes adhere to regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and proactively adjust company policies to maintain compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities during inspections or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or FRM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the banking, fintech, or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (BI, OJK) and international standards (e.g., Basel III, FATF).
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting, internal audits, and policy development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in compliance software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
