Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate funding strategy to attract and retain high-value clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Lead negotiations with corporate clients, investment partners, and financial institutions to secure funding deals.
- Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks in the corporate funding landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Risk Management, Legal, and Treasury) to structure and finalize funding agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate executives, government agencies, and industry leaders.
- Monitor and report on funding performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Drive innovation in funding products and solutions to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients.
- Represent Bank Amar Indonesia at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate banking, funding, or financial advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully securing corporate funding deals, with a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, banking products, and corporate funding mechanisms.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to Jakarta or other key business hubs.
