Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic bancassurance sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales support team, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners to enhance distribution channels and product adoption.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, underwriting, and customer service teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation and service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all bancassurance operations.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in bancassurance, banking, or financial services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-value client relationships in the insurance or banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing bancassurance in Indonesia (OJK, etc.).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
