Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve mortgage loan targets in the Bali region.
- Provide expert financial advice to clients on mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial assessments to determine client eligibility for mortgage loans.
- Prepare and present tailored mortgage solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell other banking products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage sales, banking, or financial advisory roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
