Responsibility

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with bank customers to identify their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for bancassurance products as set by the company.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about insurance policies, benefits, and terms to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with bank staff to cross-sell insurance products and enhance customer engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy issuances in the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all sales and advisory activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services is a plus, but fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
