In this hands-on role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of water systems across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors in key locations such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Servicing Technician, you will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for water purification and filtration systems, with a strong focus on welding, system calibration, and customer interaction. Responsibility
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on water filtration and purification systems in residential, commercial, and hospitality settings.
- Conduct welding and fabrication work to repair or modify water system components as needed.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions to restore optimal performance.
- Provide on-site customer support, including system demonstrations, user training, and technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all servicing and repair activities.
- Document service reports, including work performed, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system designs and enhance service efficiency.
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water system servicing, plumbing, or mechanical maintenance.
- Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, or arc welding) and basic fabrication techniques.
- Strong understanding of water filtration, purification, and distribution systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) for customer interactions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for on-site service calls.
- Certification in water treatment or related technical fields is a plus.
