Responsibility
- Conduct thorough airworthiness inspections and audits to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures for aircraft maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Monitor and report on aircraft performance, identifying potential risks or areas for improvement.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Aircraft Engineer certification (EASA, FAA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, or airworthiness engineering.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, FAA, EASA).
- Proven ability to conduct inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
