Responsibility
- Oversee the technical and engineering aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
