Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machines and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing timely repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and systems to identify potential failures and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and integration.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and equipment calibration.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.
