TKR Engineering is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and technical documentation for stakeholders and clients.
- Liaise with local authorities and government agencies to secure necessary permits, approvals, and certifications.
- Optimize project workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols on all project sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or development sectors.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
