Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, and backup generators, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, predictive maintenance, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, diagnose root causes, and provide cost-effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, civil) to integrate electrical systems into broader facility management plans.
- Ensure adherence to local electrical codes (e.g., PLN standards) and international best practices (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Manage vendor relationships for procurement of electrical components, spare parts, and outsourced services.
- Document all maintenance activities, generate reports, and recommend upgrades to improve energy efficiency and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, industrial electrical systems, or building automation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of low/medium voltage systems, PLCs, VFDs, and energy management systems.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, thermal imaging cameras).
- Familiarity with solar power systems, UPS, and emergency power solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; basic Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not required.
