Responsibility
- Assist the engineering team in designing and developing mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Create and maintain detailed technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs to ensure functionality and manufacturability.
- Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize engineering solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machinery and equipment.
- Contribute to project planning and timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360) and engineering design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in engineering or design is a plus.
