Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in buildings.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety and building regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications for projects.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in M&E engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an M&E Engineer or Building Services Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in buildings.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for design and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in AWS or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
