Responsibility
- Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of water park facilities, including slides, pools, and common areas.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of guests by enforcing park rules and assisting with emergency procedures when needed.
- Support the setup and breakdown of equipment, attractions, and amenities for special events or peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory of supplies, such as cleaning materials and safety gear.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of park areas to identify and report any hazards or maintenance needs.
- Assist in crowd control and queue management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols, operational procedures, and guest service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or maintenance is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to strict operational guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with water park operations or recreational facilities is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and obtain necessary certifications (e.g., first aid, CPR).
