Responsibility
- Operational Excellence: Rotate through key departments (Front-of-House, Kitchen, Inventory, and Guest Relations) to master restaurant operations and service standards.
- Team Leadership: Assist in supervising daily shifts, including staff scheduling, performance management, and training new team members.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service delivery by engaging with guests, handling feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Support financial targets by monitoring costs, optimizing inventory, and contributing to sales growth strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and guest experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all locations, including local regulations and company policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, and supply chain teams to align operations with broader business goals.
- Leadership Development: Participate in workshops, mentorship sessions, and leadership training to prepare for future management roles.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant operations (internships or part-time roles count!).
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results in fast-paced environments.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Willingness to relocate within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Cultural Fit: Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
- Work Authorization: Eligible to work in Indonesia (local candidates or those with valid work permits preferred).
