Responsibility
- Process and evaluate warranty claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze claim trends to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with service centers, dealers, and internal teams to resolve warranty-related disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and generate periodic reports for management review.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defective parts and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Provide training and guidance to dealers on warranty procedures and documentation requirements.
- Monitor warranty budget utilization and ensure cost-effective claim processing.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and fair resolution of warranty concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or after-sales support.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Indonesian automotive regulations and warranty standards.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
