Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including schematics, layouts, and calculations using AutoCAD and other industry-standard tools.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders and proposals, ensuring technical accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with client requirements and regulations.
- Provide technical support to project teams, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and solution recommendations.
- Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure all electrical installations and components meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and validating performance against design criteria.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into broader project plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in design and execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality electrical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design, project management, or a similar role, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit for electrical design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (IEC, NEC), and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in tender preparation, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Hands-on experience with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
