Responsibility
- Plan and monitor daily precast production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all planning activities.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement best practices and innovative solutions in precast production.
- Provide support in troubleshooting production issues and proposing corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably in precast or construction industries.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to precast production is a plus.
