Responsibility
- Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and layouts for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, project managers, and clients, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for electrical components and systems.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical support and guidance to team members.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and incorporate best practices into project designs.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in electrical engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, OSHA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and adapt to dynamic work environments.
