Responsibility
- Lead and manage the technical team, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Develop and implement technical strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Monitor and evaluate technical performance, providing mentorship and guidance to team members for professional growth.
- Identify and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all technical operations.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in project management, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to engineering design, analysis, and project management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the engineering sector.
