Responsibility
- Oversee and support end-to-end project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment for Solar PV and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage cost control and budget tracking, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising project integrity.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to optimize project designs and execution strategies.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, permits, and industry best practices for solar and construction projects.
- Monitor project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and technical specifications, for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on Solar PV, infrastructure, or construction.
- Proven track record in project management, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and permitting processes for renewable energy projects is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
