Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of retail malls, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Manage and optimize Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety infrastructure.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead a team of facility managers, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor budgetary performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency programs and waste reduction strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing M&E systems within commercial or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and vendor negotiation.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
