Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff with a service-oriented approach
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel standards
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives and sustainability programs
- Provide technical support during hotel events and special functions
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in various environments
