In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced semiconductor equipment at client sites across Bali. Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer facilities.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid restoration of service.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, documentation, and technical logs for internal and client review.
- Provide training and technical support to customer personnel on equipment operation and best practices.
- Participate in standby duties and emergency response to address critical equipment failures outside regular hours.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during field operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or troubleshooting of semiconductor or precision equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of vacuum systems, robotics, PLCs, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to equipment diagnostics and repair.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including standby shifts.
