Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades and repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience in facility maintenance and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software and building management systems is a plus.
- Certification in MEP or related fields is preferred.
