Responsibility
- Lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity across production lines.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Design and analyze workflow systems, including time-motion studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation and digital tools (e.g., ERP, MES) for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for operational bottlenecks and propose corrective actions with ROI justification.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.) in all engineering processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training on industrial engineering best practices and emerging technologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, cost savings, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency in manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Power BI) and simulation software (e.g., FlexSim, Arena).
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, TPM, and value stream mapping.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
