Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies in F&B operations.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Design and optimize production layouts, material handling systems, and inventory management processes.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and drive data-informed improvements.
- Lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, logistics, quality assurance) to streamline processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Arena, FlexSim) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or PMP are highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
