Responsibility
- Process and validate warranty claims in accordance with company and manufacturer policies.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and internal departments to resolve warranty-related issues.
- Prepare and submit warranty reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all warranty procedures.
- Assist in training service staff on warranty policies and claim procedures.
- Monitor warranty trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to warranty services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or customer support.
- Strong knowledge of warranty policies and claim processing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers and teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and warranty management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, particularly the Geely brand, is a plus.
