Responsibility

  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing authorization requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate professionally with clinicians via email to coordinate visits, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Plot and schedule future patient visits, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
  • Process electronic faxes and update medical records in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or non-voice customer support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with electronic fax systems.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or medical records management is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous.
